Hatchman Consultants was founded by Luke and Callan Hatchman — two brothers with deep roots in regional Western Australia and over 40 years of combined experience in community development, sport and recreation, governance consulting, and funding strategy.
Our work is informed by lived experience in remote communities. We’ve sat on committees, written the funding applications, navigated compliance obligations, and delivered outcomes in tough environments.
We know the challenges that come with limited resources, volunteer turnover, and complex compliance — and we bring real, respectful solutions to help you meet them.
